Rates
For the 2018 season, rates are based on double occupancy. A fifteen-dollar ($15.00) fee is charged for each additional person over the age of 5 each night they stay. There is a limit of four persons total. Pets allowed in Red cabin for an additional $10 per night fee. No more than one large dog (limit 75 pounds) or two small dogs allowed. Owner must follow rules in our Pet Agreement received when rental is confirmed.
PAYMENT: Credit or cash. Guests who want to use credit will receive an invoice from Paypal where they can pay securely online. Or, guest may pay cash upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to your arrival, to receive a full refund if payment has been made. |
